 Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

 Weekends & Holidays: Closed

Order Processing Details

All of our luxury essentials are meticulously handled and prepared in the order they are received.

 Standard Orders: Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed within the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

 Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

 Collection Drops: During highly anticipated collection launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer as our team ensures every package is perfectly prepared.
